Our Process

Different roofing materials and structures require a different process to clean them. The landscape below also plays a factor, so an on-site visit will be required to do an assessment. With the Ionic Roof Wand system we have 60ft of horizontal reach as well as 20ft of vertical support. With this we use pressured water from the ground, so we can safely clean metal, stone, and cedar shake roofs. If we can’t utilize the Roof Wand that’s not a problem. We can navigate low and steep-slope roofs of different substrates using proper fall protection methods that often don’t require us to install tie-off anchors.

We treat roofs with eco-safe products that kill moss, lichen, algae, mold, and mildew, preventing regrowth elsewhere. If needed, we perform a low-pressure soft wash on asphalt shingles to flush out debris trapped in the granules, restoring a like-new appearance. To finish, we use filtered water to clean any solar panels, maximizing their energy output.
