He provides a job that is so well done. When he is finished he explains everything that he has done and provides the reasons. I was so impressed with that and his follow-up to why it is so important to make sure that the maintenance is kept up. He takes the time to show pictures he has taken and how he was able to remove patches of spray paint that had been on the driveway for years.
