Our Process

The process starts with cleaning the roof. I treat and remove moss using the method and equipment best suited to your roofing type, whether it’s asphalt shingle, cedar shake, or stone tile. Then, I clear debris from the gutters and wash soffits, fascia, and siding with hot water power washing, cold water pressure washing, or low-pressure soft washing, depending on the surface. I perform most of this work safely from the ground. After cleaning the structure, I move to the walkways and driveways. I handle exposed aggregate gently and clean concrete evenly with a surface cleaning attachment to avoid lines.

For windows, I use traditional wands and squeegees for interiors. On exteriors, a water-fed pole system with filtered water ensures pristine, streak-free results—ideal for multi-story homes. The water is processed through a four-stage filtration system, removing sediment, carbon, and impurities before reverse osmosis and deionization. I also remove construction residue, hard water stains, and scale when necessary. A final hand polish completes the residential exterior clean, leaving your home spotless.
