About Us
After years of working in flood and fire restoration, as well as oil rig work, Vital E Enterprises was born in 2015. I started with a hot water pressure washer and essential equipment for residential exterior cleaning services. Over the years, I’ve added new equipment and developed new techniques to provide a full-service exterior cleaning experience. We’re available in the Nanaimo-Qualicum Beach area
I am an owner-operator, so when you hire Vital E, you get me and sometimes my wife if I need a helper. You never have to worry about the technician’s level of care and experience working on your most valuable possession. We’re truly a one-stop shop for all your exterior cleaning services, from the roof to the edge of the concrete.
Every house needs ongoing cleaning and maintenance. Very thorough cleaning of my deck
Trevor worked on cleaning my textured epoxy deck and did a fabulous job in all the corners getting it super clean. Also spotted some issues from the initial application which are creating an issue now and into future. Allowed me to get some recommendations on someone local who can help repair.

Trevor is highly recommended for the power washing service he offers. He sets up his equipment then sets to work doing his unbelievable work providing the amazing job of cleaning my aggregate. He provides a job that is so well done. When he is finished he explains everything that he has done and provides the reasons. I was so impressed with that and his follow-up to why it is so important to make sure that the maintenance is kept up. He takes the time to show pictures he has taken and how he was able to remove patches of spray paint that had been on the driveway for years.
I am totally pleased with the service he provided and will definitely have him do the power washing again.
His wife, Jennifer and daughter, Simone help him to complete his work. They provide assistance to Trevor making his time even more effective.
